Yes, every Nitro President's Club winner can invite one guest to join them in Amalfi. Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling, or best friend. It should be someone that is an important part of your life.
All RSVPs must be received by February 16, 2024 Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the May trip.
The Hotel has been pre-booked and billed to the company so please do not reserve your own room.
During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to select the bedding type for your room (Queen/King vs 2 beds). Please note that this is NOT GAURENTEED rather based upon availability at the resort.

Please keep in mind, you will be flying into the Naples International Airport (NAP)!
Yes. When you arrive to Naples airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. Please look for the Nitro sign being held once you exit the airport.
Please note that transportation will only be arranged on group arrival and departure dates. If you are extending your trip prior to or after the event, you will be responsible to arrange your own transportation to or from the airport.
If you are taking a train from somewhere else in Italy, you will be responsible for your transport to the hotel*
The hotel is not all-inclusive. Nitro has provided resort credit on your room account to help defray the cost of food and drinks throughout the trip. Anything over the allotted credit will be your responsibility.
Please note that breakfast at the hotel is included throughout your stay!
The temperatures in Amalfi on average in early May is 72°F.
A few other helpful items to bring:
- Valid Passport - Six months validity recommended, at least 3 months validity beyond your planned date of departure from the Schengen area. Your passport must have 2 blank pages for entry and entry stamps. *A VISA is NOT required for stays less than 90 days*

When the sun goes down, the temps can drop to the mid to low 60s in the evening so we do recommend packing a sweater or light jacket.
There will be two options.
1. Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to resort details to airport transfer information!
